WRFSC Learn-To-Skate Registration - Summer 2009
It is once again time for our Summer Learn-to Skate Registration. Please join us!
Registration Dates at the South Wood County Recreation Center:
Tuesday, May 19 - 5:30 – 7:00 pm
Thursday, May 21 - 5:30 – 7:00 pm

SUMMER ICE CONTRACTS may be found by clicking on the forms link if you have not already received one. The summer contract will begin July 13 and go through August 13. Please note contracts are due by July 1.
CONGRATULATIONS to all of our area skaters who have qualified to compete at the State Games of America 2009 in Colorado Springs, Colorado this July 3 through August 2. “Wishing all of you the Best of Luck in your competing, Safe Travels, and a Fabulous Trip!”
2ND ANNUAL SUMMER FIGURE SKATING CAMP
The Wisconsin Rapids Figure Skating Club is pleased to announce that it will be hosting another summer figure skating camp. This is a wonderful opportunity for skaters to work with a variety of coaches and to hopefully achieve some of their skating goals.
Specialty Classes will also be offered, which will focus on power and drills designed to strengthen skaters speed, edges, jumps, and spins. We are eager to have you join us for a great week of skating, followed by a USFS Gold Test Session.
The camp will begin on Sunday, August 16 and run through Friday, August 21. (The test session will begin on Friday evening and continue on Saturday, August 22.)
